2009 POLICIES

• 50% payment due upon reservation, balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
  
  
• Cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival: Full refund, less $30 processing fee.
  
  
• Cancellations less than 90 but more than 30 days prior to arrival: 50% refund.
  

• Cancellations within 30 days of arrival date: No refunds.
  
  
• No refunds for early departure
  

• No cancellations or refunds due to inclement weather.

• No more than 4 hunters per guide. Limited guide service includes property orientation, picking areas to hunt, transferring deer from the field, and pick up, drop off service to remote blinds and areas. There is a refrigerated walk-in box to hang your meat. Groups of hunters may reserve any house or cabin, depending on group size and availability.

• Deer hunting trips are a minimum of three days, and Turkey Hunting is a flat rate which includes up to five consecutive days of hunting.

• Non-hunters are welcome at $40 per day, limit of one non-hunter per hunter
